ASSIGNMENT-APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF TRADEMARK
RECITALS:

B. [Name of assignee], [address of assignee] desires to acquire such mark.
In consideration of the foregoing, and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, [name of assignor] does hereby assign to [name of assignee] all right, title and interest in and to the mark described herein, together with the good will of the business symbolized by such mark, and the above-identified application for registration of such mark.
